Let's agree to disagree. You stay here with your efficiency, your manicured community, your working economy, and I'll go back to the chaos, the warm, the familiar.
We're too different, you and I. But we tried to make this thing work. We pretended that everything's alright. We kept a blind eye to those things that made only one of us happy. And we turned our face to cast away a wayward tear when we're the one that's hurt, not wanting to make the other worry or feel guilty.
I think we're both decent people. And we did try to make it work. But we can't continue with this 'just for appearances' thing. We deserve more. We deserve to have more than this– convenience.
We both deserve to be happy.
